In a normal marketing scenario, your company sales representatives makes follow up calls or visits to clients as a matter of course.

Option B – A Special Publication
Similar to the colour supplements inserted almost daily into the national newspapers. Generally these publications are annual, or produced to announce the opening of new businesses, or expansion of existing ones. Again the advantages lie in (a) being able to save costs by sending the online version (as a web page link) to those of your clients who are connected to the internet, and printing out (or having printed) copies on request for those of your clients who are not online. And (b) In constantly reminding both your existing and potential clients of who you are and what you can do for them.

Option 5 – A Virtual Exhibition Booth
As and when the number of advertisers in any category (e.g. furniture) merits it, we shall be inviting our advertisers to join one of our industry specific Virtual Exhibitions. Advertisers in a particular industry will be invited to submit displays (Photo & text similar to those in our Shop Windows but with a better standard and size of photo images) for inclusion in a virtual exhibition.

Each virtual exhibition will have several hundred displays and we will use our own custom designed progressive search systems to assist potential clients in locating exactly what they want.

Each Virtual Exhibition will be introduced by a short history of the industry in Thailand, detailing the quality of craftsmanship, style and materials used in the different provinces. It will also cover such topics as import/export procedures and costs, between Thailand and it's various trading partners.

Thailand-YellowPages.com will precede each Virtual Exhibition with a strong, target marketed advertising campaign in both the local media and industry specific journals subscribed to by buyers in each trading partner country.

Once the interest of buyers in our trading partner countries has been aroused sufficiently that they wish to view the products, we will approach the travel agencies that advertise on Thailand-YellowPages.com and ask them to quote for a product survey trip to Thailand for a given number of interested potential buyers and their families. The best possible rates will then be offered to these potential clients in order to encourage their participation.

Based on the number of potential clients, and the logistics involved, we shall then either organise;
(a) Visits to the various furniture manufacturers in whose products the potential buyers have shown an interest, or
(b) Establish a real exhibition venue displaying samples of the products as previously advertised online.
