In a normal marketing scenario, your company sales representatives makes follow
up calls or visits to clients as a matter of course.
Obviously, it makes good business sense to maintain regular contact with your
clients, and to appraise them of new developments within your company.
If you can minimize your physical sales visits replacing a percentage of them
with virtual sales calls (transmission of online promotional content via email)
- done without detriment to sales performance, then the cost saved through the
reduction in physical sales visits can be allocated to elsewhere.
You can design your own promotional literature that can be displayed online
and sent as a link by email, and/or printed out using a good quality colour
printer, then mailed to your offline client base.
Printing low volume (less than 1000 units) of such promotional literature in
house on your own colour printer may prove less expensive than having your print
shop do it.
If a print run is really required, then design your promotional literature
so that it can function as both online and offline artwork thus reducing your
costs.
Alternatively, discuss your printing requirement with your Thailand-Yellowpages.com
local agent and he will probably be able to obtain favourable quotes for you by
using the bargaining power of our volume printing printing requirement.
Option A Your Company Newsletter
Whether it be a weekly, monthly or yearly newsletter this powerful promotional
tool can be used to great effect in keeping your business or product visible to
your client base. Apart from allowing you to keep clients abreast of developments
within your company, you can use the newsletter to strengthen the relationship
between your company and its client base by; favourably mentioning their business
and your relationship,
Example:
Congratulations to NOP Construction company limited, leaders in their field
whom we supplied 300 sets of top quality American standard bathroom suites to
be installed in the The Emerald Hotel Bangkok for which they have been awarded
the construction contract. We look forward to continuing or strong 12 year long
business relationship.
Such entries into your newsletter will help convince other potential clients
of the integrity of your business and view you as a 'reliable & well established'
business operator worth working with.
The newsletter itself can take the form of a standard broadcast email sent
from your own computer, or something more eye catching, with your company logo
and colour scheme (example) a one off custom designed web page.

Option B A Special Publication
Similar to the colour supplements inserted almost daily into the national newspapers.
Generally these publications are annual, or produced to announce the opening of
new businesses, or expansion of existing ones. Again the advantages lie in (a)
being able to save costs by sending the online version (as a web page link) to
those of your clients who are connected to the internet, and printing out (or
having printed) copies on request for those of your clients who are not online.
And (b) In constantly reminding both your existing and potential clients of who
you are and what you can do for them.
Price On request.
Option C Your Product / Services Catalogue
This allows you to combine all or some of the following features into a powerful
online and offline (colour supplement format) promotional tool.
A customised web page to introduce your company product or service.
A number of Shop Window displays (photo & text) used to feature your best
selling products or services.
A message board or plain text web page listing the balance of your inventory and
pricing.
Price On request.
Option 5 A Virtual Exhibition Booth
As and when the number of advertisers in any category (e.g. furniture) merits
it, we shall be inviting our advertisers to join one of our industry specific
Virtual Exhibitions. Advertisers in a particular industry will be invited to submit
displays (Photo & text similar to those in our Shop Windows but with a better
standard and size of photo images) for inclusion in a virtual exhibition.
Each virtual exhibition will have several hundred displays and we will use
our own custom designed progressive search systems to assist potential clients
in locating exactly what they want.
Each Virtual Exhibition will be introduced by a short history of the industry
in Thailand, detailing the quality of craftsmanship, style and materials used
in the different provinces. It will also cover such topics as import/export procedures
and costs, between Thailand and it's various trading partners.
Thailand-YellowPages.com will precede each Virtual Exhibition with a strong,
target marketed advertising campaign in both the local media and industry specific
journals subscribed to by buyers in each trading partner country.
Once the interest of buyers in our trading partner countries has been aroused
sufficiently that they wish to view the products, we will approach the travel
agencies that advertise on Thailand-YellowPages.com and ask them to quote for
a product survey trip to Thailand for a given number of interested potential buyers
and their families. The best possible rates will then be offered to these potential
clients in order to encourage their participation.
Based on the number of potential clients, and the logistics involved, we shall
then either organise;
(a) Visits to the various furniture manufacturers in whose products the potential
buyers have shown an interest, or
(b) Establish a real exhibition venue displaying samples of the products as previously
advertised online.
Price On request.
